The machine features an all-aluminum alloy anodized structure designed for durability and engraving accuracy. It is a portable, predominantly pre-assembled unit that can be installed in approximately five minutes. The laser system uses a four-fold lens group collimation and focus technology with an optical power of 4.5–5 W, achieving a focus area of 0.02 mm². It can cut 10 mm thick wood and 6–8 mm black acrylic and can directly engrave mirror stainless steel and ceramics. A flame-retardant panoramic filter filters about 97% of ultraviolet light, providing eye protection and enabling users to observe engraving without goggles. The design includes a knob to adjust laser height and a horizontal gyroscope that auto-stops when tilted for safety. The upgraded fixed-focus laser offers stable power and a compressed spot with significantly higher energy concentration (about 200%), maintaining a 0.02 mm² spot size for precision engraving and efficient cutting, without the need to adjust focal length.
