The LONGER Ray5 Minis is a 10W laser engraver with a Class 1 acrylic enclosure and an enclosed, fully protected engraving system. The device features a 130×125 mm working area and supports offline control. It offers a laser spot size of 0.06 × 0.06 mm with focusing accuracy up to 0.01 mm. Maximum engraving speed is 12,000 mm/min. Safety features include an intelligent door sensor that pauses engraving when opened, an emergency stop switch, and X/Y-axis limit switches. The unit is pre-assembled and ready to use, with a dovetail focusing head for quick height adjustments to accommodate different material thicknesses. Compatible materials include wood, acrylic, glass, leather, ceramics, and coated metals.
