The system uses a JPT MOPA Laser Source, 100W, for precise marking across a range of materials including stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, plastic, and ceramic. Field lens options support larger surface marking; rotary axis D80 enables engraving on cylindrical items with up to 80 mm diameter; available field lens sizes include 110×110 mm, 175×175 mm, 200×200 mm, and 300×300 mm. The machine features a rigid aluminum alloy frame for stable operation and compatibility with LightBurn (MAC) for design import and parameter adjustment. Maximum marking speed is 6000 mm/s. The laser module is rated for a long service life (approximately 100,000 hours). Safety features include CE/FCC compliance, built-in laser safety lock, overheat protection, and an emergency stop. Materials supported span metals (gold, silver, copper, alloy, aluminum, steel, stainless steel) and non-metals (plastics, engineering plastics, etc.). Applications include engraving barcodes, logos, production data, and serial numbers on various components.
