The laser engraver operates at 40W (40,000mW) output power with Class 4 laserSafety classification. It is designed for engraving and cutting on wood, metal, paper, acrylic, glass, leather and other compatible materials. In a single pass, it can cut pinewood up to 30mm, acrylic up to 15mm, and plywood up to 30mm. Maximum engraving speed is up to 20,000 mm/min and engraving precision reaches 0.01 mm. The machine uses industrial-grade linear guides and an aluminum alloy frame to provide stable performance and high load capacity. It supports offline engraving via TF card and includes a Z-axis lifting mechanism to adjust laser head height, a Y-axis locking switch, an external rotation axis interface, and a laser head with temperature display. An integrated air-assist system (air pump required separately) helps keep the cutting surface clean and maintains laser energy stability during operation.
